Join ULI Brisbane on the evening of the 25th of November 2020, for the Australian launch of the 2021 Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific report. Created in partnership with PwC, the report features a detailed analysis of how COVID-19 is affecting regional markets and sectors, including how the pandemic affects transaction volumes and valuations and how new investment opportunities will emerge heading into 2021. It also explores likely secular shifts within the Asia Pacific, and Australian real estate industry—for example, how will office and retail sectors evolve in a post-COVID world?
