Join the ULI Sydney Young Leaders Group for a site tour of the newly completed Sixty Martin Place, Sydney by Investa and Gwynvill. The tour is to be led by the Investa Development Team.
Investa and joint owner Gwynvill recently completed the $1 billion, 40,000 square metres, Premium Grade office tower in September 2019 with an 80% pre-commitment. Designed by leading international design practice HASSELL and constructed by Lendlease, the 33- level tower is the only Premium Grade Sydney CBD office development to be completed in 2019.
The Sixty Martin Place foyer features a dramatic and unique cantilever design, with the northern façade extending out eight metres above the neighbouring St Stephens Church. The adjacent St Stephens Church is revealed by a five-story, twenty-two metre civic room, which provides connectivity between Martin Place and Macquarie Street and allows the city to reconnect with a previously unseen aspect of the historic church.
Sixty Martin Place was recently awarded the WELL Core & Shell Pre-certification at the Platinum level, the highest WELL rating that can be achieved. The Building is also targeting a 6 Star Green Star Office Design and As-Built Rating and a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating.
