As we negotiate post-pandemic ways of working, the need to have skills that defy disruption has never been so urgent. As traditional workplace models give way to confronting new rules of engagement is the real estate sector keeping up? Are we future-fit?

The award-winning author of 'Future Fit', Andrea Clarke, believes a looser and less structured work arena is empowering employees in ways we've never seen before - placing the responsibility for innovation, growth, and career acceleration firmly in the hands of the individual. The implications are global, and Australia’s real estate sector is experiencing this firsthand.

Presented by ULI Australia’s Women in Leadership Committee as part of the Our Global Urban Futures Summit, this inaugural Women in Leadership Breakfast will provide practical expert insights into the skills of the future and how these are crucial to the success of individuals and organisations in the real estate industry.
Join ULI Australia as we explore the three 'super-skills' that will allow our industry ad our people to stay relevant and competitive in a dynamic and demanding new markets, and how these skills will be crucial for a future-fit real estate sector in Australia and globally.

This event is a part of the ULI Australia Summit 2023.

ULI Australia Summit registered participants may join the breakfast at a special rate at $120 AUD + GST. Capacity is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Register here.
