After a successful tour of The Langston and discussion on ReImagining Epping’s Town Centre in March 2021, ULI Sydney is revisiting the nearly complete, Langston for a final tour and sunset drinks at the rooftop sky lounge.
Proudly developed by Cbus Property, one of Australia’s most awarded and trusted integrated property developers, The Langston is a triple-tower residential apartment project that is transforming the north-western Sydney suburb of Epping. Designed by acclaimed architectural firm Architectus, The Langston is set to create a thriving urban hub for the Epping town centre, with a vibrant 2,100sqm retail precinct and more than 2,500sqm of publicly accessible open space beneath 462 premium apartments. The Langston’s three towers – of 19, 24 and 29 storeys – boast stunning panoramic views of the Sydney CBD and Harbour Bridge to the south-east, and Blue Mountains views to the west, from the development’s position on the highest land point in the suburb.
Join the ULI Sydney community for a tour, networking, and drinks on The Langston’s rooftop, on the evening of the 24th of February for our first in person event of 2022! Registration is opening soon at australia.uli.org/events.
