Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is an annual series of trends and forecast publications that reflect the views of leading real estate executives in three global regions – Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Undertaken jointly by PwC and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), it provides an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other real estate issues.

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific 2024 will be launched regionally during the weeks of 27 November to 8 December. In conjunction with the regional launch, ULI Australia is hosting an in-person event with PwC Australia at their Sydney office where we will share the key findings from our extensive research.

We would love to have you join us to hear about the 18th edition of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific on its launch date and share your views in an interactive dialogue with the panel. More speakers will be added to the panel shortly - stay tuned!
