    Belinda Bentley

    Director, 9Springs

    Belinda is the Founding Director of 9Springs, an independent group specialising in Australian real estate investment, property development and strategic advisory on behalf of high net worth family offices, private corporations, governments, not-for-profit organisations and listed entities. Belinda is a Non-Executive Director of Link Wentworth Housing, one of Australia’s largest Community Housing Providers servicing 10,000 residents living in 6,400 affordable, social and specialist disability homes. Belinda is the recipient of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) National and NSW Women in Leadership Award for Excellence and has been acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Women in Construction across Australia. Belinda is the Chair of the ULI Sydney District Council and is an appointed member of the ULI Australia National Council. Belinda is a casual academic with the University of Technology Sydney’s Built Environment School and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

    Yu-Ning Hwang

    Chief Executive Officer, National Parks Board (NParks)

    Yu-Ning is the current CEO of Singapore’s National Parks Board. NParks mission is to create the best living environment through excellence in nature conservation, greenery and recreation, and veterinary care, in partnership with the community. She was the Chief Planner, a role in which she oversaw the urban planning of Singapore. Yu-Ning has held various appointments in the public sector including with the URA, the Strategy Group of Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the Ministry of National Development. She was a governing trustee with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She serves on the boards of the Singapore Science Centre, the Land Transport Authority, Gardens by the Bay and the IJ Board of Management. Yu-Ning studied architecture at the National University of Singapore and public policy & urban planning at Harvard University.
